I am in need of a quad cart for my German Shepherd he has lost the use of his back legs MS and has sustained wounds on his left side that are now healed except his left hip. He also had a large hole in his right elbow which is healed from the outside but he can not bear weight on it for more than seven minutes. I began physical therapy by lifting him this week. He is strong and plays ball/catch each day. If you have plans for a quad made of pvc that would be helpful. Thank you.
